Potato chips are snacks made by stripping and slicing potatoes, which are then fried or baked until crispy and seasoned. Potato chips are popular in many countries. The frozen fries machine retains the special taste of baked potatoes in one aspect, and is rich in nutrients, delicious and convenient, thus winning the taste of consumers.
First, peel and clean the potatoes as raw materials. The cleaned potatoes are sent to a pick up line to be sortedmanually then cutted as needed by the cutting machine after sort.
Then go to the second washer and clean off the potato skins that remain on the surface of the potato.The cleaned crips are sent to the blanching machine, the crisps from the washing and blanching carry a large amount of adhesive water.Use a air drying machine with strong winds to separate individual chips and dry them with attached water.
The chips are then transported to the frying machine, reducing the water content of the potato chips from 80 percent to 2 percent to get crispy products.The oil content of the finished product of Fried crisp sheet is between 30% and 40%.After frying, the chips are transferred to a lean-oil conveyor belt to drain the remaining oil on the product's surface.
The deep-fried potato chips are sent to the drum seasoning machine to flavor the chips, and different seasonings are added according to different products.
The seasoned chips are then sent to the packaging workshop to package the product in the desired size and shape
